Norway Street, Portslade

Previously used as a warehouse and offices for a food distribution company which relocated to a more suitable location, the initial planning permission converted the existing front buildings to two residential 4 bed houses and a new build block of four office units to the rear. The rear of the site was demolished during the completion of the front houses, however a new planning application was submitted and approved for two new 2 bed houses rather than the four office units as proposed in the original application. Both of the new dwellings are Code for Sustainable Homes level 4 and meet Lifetime Homes requirements.
